The KSYLF is back! Time to start preparing for the 23rd Annual Kansas Youth Leadership Forum (KSYLF). This year's KSYLF will be held July 15-20, 2024 at Washburn University in Topeka. If you are interested in participating as a delegate, volunteer, or sponsor, click on the corresponding link below:

NOTE: This is an EXTENDED deadline!
Brief Information:
- Students must complete ALL information on pages 1 through 4 of this application.
- Please type or print with black ink.
- Return the application to the address below.

To be eligible for the KS Youth Leadership Forum, students must:
- Reside in Kansas
- Have a disability (as defined by the Americans With Disablities Act)
- Be in the 11th or 12th grade, or in an 18-21 transition program, as of December 31, 2023
- Have demonstrated leadership potential or interest in school and the community
Things to complete for your application packet:
- Application Form (4 pages)
- Two completed reference forms
- Typed or recorded response to two topics

NOTE TO ALUMNI: KSYLF alumni are eligible to return to KSYLF as volunteers. All alumni must wait at least two years before applying to be a volunteer. For example, an alumni from 2023 must wait to be a volunteer until 2025.

We need sponsors and supporters too!
KSYLF is coordinated, each year, with financial assistance from grants, community sponsors, and in kind donations. We are always looking for community organizations, companies, groups, and people who are interested in being KSYLF sponsors. If you are interested in contributing to the success of this program that changes lives each year, then consider serving as a sponsor! We have multiple levels of sponsorship (see Sponsorship Form below) with various advertising opportunities and recognition.
We also are in need of in kind donations. We accept anything from give away prizes to backpack goodies, from promotional products to coupons. We also accept in kind printing assistance and other contributions of time or service. If you have something to give, then we are willing to accept!
